About Hampton Roads

There is much to see and do in Hampton Roads, and something for everyone.  We’ve pulled together just a few ideas below to help you get started.  Also, if you follow the link there’s much more you can check out.

We’re probably best known for our historical connections to the founding of our country. The Historic Triangle of Jamestown, Yorktown & Williamsburg is a short ride up I-64.  History buffs get giddy just thinking about the many sites and attractions.  These are specifically aimed at bringing our history to life for all to enjoy.

There is of course the family attractions of Busch Gardens, Water Country USA.  In addition the Virginia Air & Space Center all right here on the ‘peninsula’.  The Children’s museum’s just across the water in Portsmouth and yet another a few miles further away up in Richmond.
